Salahadin Khalifa Abdulkadir, CEO of Kadisco General Hospital
Salahadin is a seasoned senior-level executive with over 36 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, trade, real estate, healthcare, and logistics. As a visionary strategist, he has played a key role in driving business growth, operational efficiency, and large-scale investments. He has held executive and board-level positions at major companies, including KADISCO Asian Paints, KADCO Group, and SAMATRA PLC.
Salahadin is also an active investor, philanthropist, and advocate for economic development in Ethiopia. With expertise in corporate governance, strategic planning, and business transformation, he continues to shape industries that contribute to sustainable growth. Salahadin holds an MBA in Management from Birmingham University and a BA in Management from American University in England.

Ethiopis Tadesse – Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM)
Ethiopis Tadesse is a communications professional with a decade of experience in development communications, marketing, and community development. She is a Mandela Washington Fellow, a Regional YALI Fellow, and a Rotarian. As the first female Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) in Ethiopia – and the youngest in her district – she is a passionate advocate for leadership and communication excellence.
Beyond her profession, Ethiopis is a community builder and mobilizer, leveraging her networks to drive meaningful impact. She has organized fundraising initiatives that have supported thousands of rural community members in Ethiopia and facilitated training programs at both corporate and grassroots levels to equip thousands of youth with market-ready skills. She is especially committed to empowering young women through skill-building and leadership development. At every opportunity, she strives to give back to her community, fostering collaboration and creating spaces for growth and empowerment.
