Iman Yakutelarsh

Ladies and gentlemen, distinguished guests, thank you for being here today. My name is Iman, and I stand before you as a pharmacist with a powerful vision—a vision to create positive change in my community and empower women to unleash their true potential as leaders and entrepreneurs.
I recently had the incredible opportunity to participate in a leadership and communication training session organized by the MERI, which focuses on empowering young graduating women. This transformative experience opened my eyes to the immense power of women in leadership and the critical importance of financial independence. Today, I want to share with you my journey and inspire women in my community to believe in their own ability to become successful businesswomen and leaders.
As a pharmacist, I have witnessed the impact that access to affordable and quality medications can have on individuals and communities. However, I have also seen the challenges faced by many, particularly women, in achieving financial independence and realizing their dreams. It is time to break free from the limitations imposed by societal norms and unleash the true power that resides within every woman.
My aspiration is to establish my own business in the import and export of pharmaceuticals—an industry that plays a critical role in healthcare. Through my business, I aim to not only provide affordable and high-quality medications to those in need but also to serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration for women in my community.
