Focus 2016

2016 May Forum was organized under the theme ‘Transformation: Personal, Organizational, Cultural’. In order to sustain positive change generated in the self, in organization and culture, a focus is required on articulating what transformation means, how it is initiated and sustained through personal and collective endeavors.
