Milky is the visionary founder and General Manager of Efoy Nanny and Housekeeping Training Center, a social enterprise established in April 2021. Efoy is dedicated to providing high-quality childcare training for women, including returnees, refugees, high school dropouts, and college graduates. The organization is committed to creating meaningful employment opportunities in daycare centers, NGOs, government institutions, and private households.

Milky’s passion lies in driving positive change within her community. Through Efoy, she combines innovation, ambition, and resilience to empower women and improve lives. Her dedication to making a tangible social impact continues to inspire those around her.

Milky holds a Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). She is trained in special needs caregiving, financial management, entrepreneurship, childcare, and positive psychotherapy.
