We are pleased to announce that the Haset Women Leadership one-year program is currently accepting applications for the second cohort from CSOs (Civil Society Organizations) interested in fostering gender diversity in leadership roles.

Initiated by the Packard Foundation, developed by Emerge PLC, and implemented by AWiB, the Haset Women Leadership Program aims to address the existing gender gap in CSO leadership.

Program Overview: The Haset Women Leadership Program is designed to focus on three key pillars:

1. Continual Growth: Haset provides a supportive space for women to cultivate and enhance their leadership skills. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in Haset club meetings and transformative training sessions to unlock their full leadership potential.
2. Showing Up: Members of the program will benefit from participating in the Haset Summit, a platform where they can increase visibility, celebrate achievements, and acknowledge each other’s successes. This serves as a demonstration of the power of authenticity and leadership in action.
3. Building Community: Haset serves as a community builder, fostering strong sisterhood bonds through various services. The program believes in the strength of collective action and mutual support.

Minimum Requirements:

• Women working in CSO
• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Middle level management  
• 5 years experience 
• Proficient in English
• Resides in Addis Ababa
