AWiB is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator!

We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator with a readiness to learn and eagerness to make an impact. The Junior Project Coordinator will play a role in planning and designing projects, ensuring their successful implementation, and contributing to the growth and sustainability of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
  • Identify funding opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential donors within the AWiB sector.
  • Develop compelling grant proposals, ensuring alignment with donor requirements and organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and local communities.
  • Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track project progress and impact.
  • Implement regular assessments and evaluations, incorporating feedback to enhance project effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • BA degree in a relevant field (International Development, Project Management, etc.).
  • Experience in project coordination is a plus.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
