AWiB Program & Operations Assistant (Full-Time)

Role Purpose
The AWiB Program & Operations Assistant provides structured, reliable operational support to the AWiB team by handling routine, administrative, and coordination tasks.
Database Management, Outreach & Communication
- Follow up with new members: Make sure they fill the registration form, prepare their membership ID
- Collect bios of members and profiles of members businesses
- Call and send SMS to members, prospects, participants, and potential sponsors.
- Remind facilitators of weekend programs and confirm schedules.
- Follow up with low-attendance individual and corporate members and update notes.
- Schedule drivers for members attending monthly events.
- Keep the membership database accurate and updated, working with the MRM and MPM.
- Import leads, reservations, and attendance records into the database.
- Organize documents and keep them up to date
Program & Participant Support
- Collect feedback, create participant groups, and share facilitator materials.
- Identify gaps in the annual program calendar and collaborate with the Programs Manager to address them.
Coordination
- Research, schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups.
- Coordinate member communications (SMSs, reminders, updates).
- Keep the Membership team informed of deadlines and timelines.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with digital tools (email, documents, spreadsheets, task trackers)
- Reliability and professionalism
Education Level:
BA Degree, no experience needed
Preferred Educational Background:
Philosophy, Business Management, or related fields
Preferred Quality:
Alignment with AWiB’s vision & value
