Time management is a set of principles, practices, skills, tools, and systems working together to help you get more value out of your time. When you work on improving the quality of your life, the first thing you should assess is your time management.
Time management is focusing and working on the right things — the things that truly need to be done. The more you manage your time well, the more you feel in control, with the confidence to choose how best to use your time and also accept the things you can’t control with ease. It increases your productivity and reduces stress.
Outcome
Upon completion of this workshop, you will:
- Understand the meaning and importance of time management and how it improves your control of your life
- Learn the tools and understand the attitude you need for effective time management
- Learn how to create a safe space to discuss and discover your true self and feelings with those around you
- Identify the skills that help you to prioritize how you spend your time with the people you care about or doing things you enjoy the most
