Saron oversees programs and initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness while promoting evidence-based, empathetic approaches to service delivery.
Her leadership is informed by her earlier experience as a Child Therapist, working closely with children with special needs through careful assessment and individualized, developmentally appropriate support. She has also strengthened her leadership through professional training, including UN Women’s Leadership Initiative, What’s Next Women Empowerment and Mentorship Program, and YALI-affiliated platforms.
Saron’s long-standing volunteer work with youth and juvenile centers providing counseling, life-skills training, and psychosocial support reflects her commitment to vulnerable communities and purposeful, service-driven leadership.
Saron holds an BA in Public Health, Management, and MA Project Management.
