Self Discovery

Self-discovery is the process of understanding your true self and it is an ongoing process. It requires diving deep within and examining all areas of your life. It needs your openness to accept the things that make you unique and exceptional. It needs your courage and bravery to stick with the process and learn things about yourself that you find hard to accept.

Our busy schedules in today’s world make us feel like there is no time to consider what kind of life we actually want. We go through life doing what’s expected of us instead of taking time to look within and find out what we truly want to do. But self-discovery is a noble cause that deserves all the time and commitment you can give because once you discover your true self, you will find that the most valuable thing life has offered you has always been and is within you.

Outcome

Upon completion of this workshop, you will:

• Envision the best life you dream of and find out what is stopping you from reaching for that dream life
• Self-reflect about yourself through your likes, dislikes, values and purpose
• Uncover what you can truly achieve by removing the clouds of self judgement and social pressure
• Take the first step to touching the life you want, the life you deserve
