Design Thinking

What comes to your mind when you hear the phrase “Design Thinking”? It may sound like it is something very complex and can only be applied by experts. Well, the concept of Design Thinking can be applied to different senarios different scenarios when ever & where ever there’s a problem to be solved, a process to be improved or an gap to be filled and more.

Design thinking is about making “ideas tangible so that we can test them, retest them, and refine them then offer them for implementation. Design thinking approach needs our innovative spirit, creativity, and confidence to do what may have never been tried before. It can be used to build stronger connections with customers or attract new ones, develop intuitive user experiences, improve product performance, and elevate the quality of services.

• Learn about the steps to be taken in the design thinking process
• Get practical tips on when & how we can use design thinking in different scenarios
