Networking is a powerful tool that people use to advance their careers, build wealth, brainstorm ideas, share opportunities and more. Through intentional networking one can bring everlasting connections. Be it professional or to build friendship it is an important tool we can use to enhance our social and professional well-being. 

Networking is comprehensively defined as a mutually beneficial interaction that involves exchanging ideas and information between individuals who are connected by a common career, industry, or interest. It is about mapping out who you know, nourishing the relationships you have, and expanding by getting to know the people you don’t know. 

Networking may seem natural for some and unnatural for others but it is a skill that can be practiced and mastered. When you start practicing networking intentionally you become aware of who you’re talking to and about what. Passion and authenticity are important when creating connections, so finding your purpose and mission in life is a huge input to understand who you want to know and why.
