Samrawit is a visionary young leader with many years of experience in the development sector, dedicated to driving socio-economic growth for youth and women. Her diverse project work spans various organizations, including civil society organizations (CSOs) and INGOs, where she has made a significant impact.

Samrawit excels in providing tailored business development services and has successfully implemented income-generating livelihood activities through self-help groups. She is a certified trainer for the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) program, she also serves as a master trainer for the Ministry of Labor and Skills, specializing in entrepreneurship and employability skills. 

Samrawit has earned Master’s Degree in Development Management from St.Mary’s University.
