Meaza serves as the Senior Peace Advocacy and Ethics Officer at the Ethiopian Orthodox Church Development and Interchurch Aid Commission /EOC-DICAC/, where her duties include program design, management, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting.

Meaza’s participation in capacity-building trainings, both in Ethiopia and across other African countries, has further enhanced her skills in project cycle management and development processes. She envisions a future where all Ethiopians live in safe, dignified conditions, with their fundamental rights and needs fully protected and fulfilled.

Meaza possesses a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Anthropology.
