Blen is an Executive Assistant at Mekdim Ethiopia National Association (MENA). She has 20 years of experience in both profit and non-profit organizations. She has advanced experience in supporting senior-level executives in project coordination, event management, Human Resource Management, calendar management, following and leading the day-to-day operation of the organization. She is an organized, efficient person with the willingness to discover and accept new ideas which can be put into practice effectively.
Blen also has strong problem-solving, time management, verbal and written communication skills with good listening ability. Blen’s goal in life is to lead her own company and be an exemplary leader in the business world. Her strong desire is to support elderly mothers live a comfortable life in their old age. She’s a proud mother of two adorable daughters.
Blen has a Diploma in Secretarial Science and office management and a BA in Management from Africa Beza College. She is also a member of the Imperial Toastmasters Club.
