Nahu Senay Girma

Nahu is the Founder & Director of AWiB founded on April 8, 2010, primarily as a women’s networking platform but over the years has transformed into a leadership institution. Nahu holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development (HRD) specializing in corporate training. She has over 30 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs on leadership skills, team management, conflict resolution, and sales. Nahu also consults Addis Chamber of Commerce on driving Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Productivity (EEP). Her passion is giving back to the community for a solid foundation.
