Seble did her first degree in Management and Public Administration from the Addis Ababa University and has wide work experience in management, education, HIV/AIDS, gender, psychological counseling, community mobilization, research and training in government and non-government organizations, private and UN agencies.
She got her second degrees in Educational Psychology from the Addis Ababa University and in Counseling-Human Relations from Liberty University. She provided several consultancy and trainings on her areas of expertise hosted by private, international, multilateral and bilateral organizations and taught psychology related courses at the Addis Ababa University.
Seble is enthusiastic about philanthropy and was the Past President of the Rotary Club of Finot 2011/2012 and is the Country Chair of Rotary Clubs of Ethiopia 2013/2014. Seble is passionate about provision of psychological services in Ethiopia.
