Versatile, result-driven and people-oriented, I am a human resources and management professional.  I have exceptional knowledge of multination HR and management expertise in leading: Organizational Culture, Leadership Development & Coaching, Organizational Design, Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Recruitment.  I leveraged exceptional FMCG, Coca-Cola bottling and Brewing Industry knowledge to drive efficiency and productivity.  I am a strong leader with success directing highly skilled and professional HR and management teams in setting, supporting and achieving corporate objectives.  I am the HR director at Dashen Breweries S.C.

My passion lies in developing others.  I mentor young women, sharing my life experiences and showing them the wisdom in discipline, determination and resiliency to reach our lives goals.  I am curious, interested in my surroundings, and a life-long learner.

The AWiB board selection has a reputation for being rigorous, and to be part of this leadership team I feel is a testimony for my achievements and a perfect platform to satisfy my desire of giving and receiving.  My participation in the International Financial Corporation (IFC) training on Women on Board through AWiB has prepared me to sit and serve on any board that has the ambition to grow its business.
